On Friday, December 15, all workstations (with a few exceptions) are to be upgraded to macOS Ventura. This operating system upgrade will include important security components, and allow new versions of software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, among other compatibility improvements.
Due to changes Apple has made in recent years, we are unable to 'push' this upgrade to workstations in a managed fashion. Instead, it is asked that each user follow the below steps to upgrade their workstation to Ventura, followed by pending software updates. Please allow approximately 90 minutes for the entire process.
Contact MacTechs via ServiceDesk if you have any questions or would like assistance. We're happy to help.
