Thanks for your patience while we work with Adobe to resolve the Creative Cloud licensing issue which prevented certain users from using Adobe applications. While Adobe remains unsure of the cause, it is confirmed to be related to their backend licensing mechanisms.
If your computer experienced this issue, please sign out and sign back into Adobe services on your computer. Do not use an individual application (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, etc) to do this. Instead, please use the Adobe Creative Cloud app, located in the menubar near the clock. If you do not see this icon, please launch Adobe Creative Cloud from the Applications folder. With Adobe Creative Cloud open, click the blue profile icon in the top right and choose Sign Out. Then sign back in using your assigned Adobe credentials. If you are unsure of your credentials, please contact MacTechs via ServiceDesk. Once Adobe Creative Cloud is signed back into, you may launch the Adobe application of your choice.
Contact MacTechs via ServiceDesk if you have any questions or would like a hand with anything. We're happy to assist.
