Weinstein A+U’s Canon printer has been replaced with a Xerox C70. You'll now see this printer available in your print dialogue windows along with four Xerox presets to choose from.
In addition, an application called PaperCut has been installed on your computer. PaperCut is a print management system which helps to secure and simplify the printing experience. After sending a document to a Xerox printer, you'll receive a prompt to select an account where your document will be charged to. Please refer the the following ServiceDesk article to learn how to use PaperCut’s account selection window:
PaperCut runs silently in the background and includes a menubar item near the clock. From this you can login into your PaperCut account, hough it is generally not nessessary. When prompted, enter your PaperCut credentials. The username format is firstname last initial (megana). The password is your 4-digit employee ID.
Since PaperCut is required to run in the background at all times, it is highly recommended this application be added to your Login Items to avoid having to manually launch PaperCut each time you use your computer. Please refer to the following ServiceDesk article which explains how to add an application to your Login Items (being sure to log out & in of your computer when finished):
