With ServiceDesk there is a new way to contact MacTechs with support requests. First, be sure to bookmark ServiceDesk in your browser of choice:

From the ServiceDesk homepage click the Log In option, then enter your Weinstein A+U email address followed by your ServiceDesk password. Once you're logged in, click the red New Ticket button. Unless you are creating a ticket on behalf of someone else, leave your email in the Search a Requestor field. Add a subject and then assign a Priority level based on the urgency of your support request. Lastly, add a description and include any relevant files (screen grabs, for example). Click Submit and your request is on it's way to MacTechs. You will receive an acknowledgement email.
Responses to your tickets will arrive via email. Feel free to correspond by replying to these emails. You do not need to reply from within ServiceDesk. However, more actions to manage your ticket are only available within the ServiceDesk portal. Here you can reply to MacTechs, add files, change priority, include co-workers on the ticket and mark the ticket as closed.Ā
