Create support tickets for issues which cannot be resolved by solutions articles. After logging in, click on the New Ticket button and enter a description of the issue. Attach a handy screen grab or two, if available. As you type, Solution articles will appear based on your keywords. Feel free to select an article or continue submitting the ticket.
Once submitted you'll receive an initial acknowledgment email. You'll also receive emails when a MacTechs agent updates or replies to your ticket. Feel free to respond via these emails. Alternately, we encourage you to manage your ticket from the support portal and perform additional actions such as adding a co-worker to a ticket or mark a ticket as closed.
